My rental management sent this gentleman out when I had a leak in my ceiling. Even though it was not a pipe he looked into the crawlspace for me to check and found that it was the roof itself that has a hole in it. He even fixed the crawlspace door so there wouldnt be a draft anymore. I know most other people would not have gone that extra length especially when it was obvious that there was not pine where the leak is. I really appreciate him coming out and being so kind and professional even though my rental company wasted his time.
Next time I have any issues with actual plumbing I will be sure to contact cox and sons first. I will also let my family and friends know how helpful and honest he was.

The MOST thorough and efficient plumbers I have ever dealt with. Smart guys. We had had many plumbers come to investigate a black substance in our tap water with little or no answers. Cox got to the bottom of it immeditely, replaces parts, drained the water heater and even called to follow up. They took care of other problems while here and even noticed our garage sink wasnt working and offered to fix that as well. Kind, SO confident, I wish they did more than just plumbing. ;) VERY happy customer thanks again

Called about a problem with a potential clogged line on a lift tank with a pump. Talked to me and walked me through several steps. Extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to resolve the problem without him coming out. Going to have them install a lift tank grinder pump replacement and see how that goes. At this point I highly recommend them. I received their number from a friend, who also gave them outstanding ratings.
